Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Breeze, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app. "Breeze" refers to the mobile application published by LaunchKit Studios.
Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Breeze for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app.
Health Disclaimer
Breeze is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. Breathing exercises are intended for general wellness only. If you have a medical condition, consult your healthcare provider before using Breeze. We are not responsible for any health outcomes related to use of the app.
Subscriptions
Breeze offers optional paid subscriptions managed through the App Store or Google Play. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your platform's subscription settings. Prices may vary by region and are displayed in your local currency at the time of purchase.
Advertising
Breeze displays ads to free-tier users via Google AdMob. We request your permission before using your device's advertising identifier for personalized ads. You may opt out of personalized ads at any time through your device settings. Premium subscribers are not shown ads.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your data. Breeze stores health data on your device only and collects minimal anonymous analytics.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Breeze after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the date at the top of this page when changes are made.
